Golden Hour Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Please be mindful that by giving notice, this allows for the appointment to become available to
someone else who might benefit from an earlier appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:
● Prior to 48 hours’ notice then no fee is payable.
● Between 25 hours and 48 hours’ notice then 50% service fee is payable.
● Less than 24 hours’ notice then 100% service fee is payable.
